3 More White Lines Posted by Hello

3 White Lines Posted by Hello

It's a girl!

It's a girl! It had 3 white lines, whatever that means. The technician had numerous viewings of these lines, so there's no doubt about the sex. She's an active little bugger, doing flips and kicking, which is amazing that I still can't feel any of it. Charles liked that she was continually hitting herself in the face. Hopefully she's not inheriting his ADD.

Keep your fingers crossed

Keep your fingers crossed, as today we are going in for our first ultrasound, and hopefully to find out the sex of the baby. Send little nice thoughts to the babe to NOT cross it's legs, but rather do some nice yoga poses to present itself. It's a little early, only 16.5 weeks, but I am dying to know. I really think it's a girl, but it would be nice to know just in case it is a boy! I'll scan in the pictures tonight when I get a chance. This will be nice to actually see the baby and know that it's really there, and that I'm not just getting fat!

Our house Posted by Hello

Leaving Utah

As of May 14th, Charles and I will leave Provo, UT for middle-of-nowhere, KS. Have I mentioned the population of this town is 631? I for one am ready to be out of Utah, 8 years is more than enough time. Charles on the otherhand, who grew up here, is not as ready. He hasn't even seen our town or our house yet. He has to trust me on this decision.

This is our brand spankin' new house. It's so incredibly nice, especially compared to where we live now. No more mariachi! I think the real reason I am so excited to live in this house is because we will have a dishwasher!!!

What the hell

I've always been annoyed when people use blogs as diaries, as I think some things that are personal should just stay personal. Therefore, this will NOT be used as a diary, but rather as an update on how Charles, the baby (fetus), the cats, dog, rats and myself are doing in our new town of 631 people. We might get a little lonely, and we may lag behind on communication, so, if anyone is interested in what we are doing, here's the place to find out.
