Actually, I believe she is singing. She has an excellent aperture shape for an infant; it is very natural.

Perhaps she chose a rendition of a tasteful aria such as "De Vieni non Tardar" from Le Nozze de Figaro, a favorite of mine, or a clever little art song like Schubert's "Lachen und Weinen." She is an infant of refined tastes, I can tell.
