About the article, just the fact that someone is BEATEN because of their beliefs is ridiculous. I've been in the false mindhood that mankind has progressed as a whole, but I think I'm just tricking myself.
I have to admit, as lovely as your house is and as nice as it must be to be close to at least one side of the family, that I hope you move in - say five or so years - so that Paisley can go to school SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I would vote against going to school in Arkansas, too, but I may be misinformed and arbitrarily bigoted on that one.
Having gone to grade school and high school here at the HEIGHT of only Mormon population, I would still say it would be better. They avoided some topics, I suppose, but it seems it was more tolerant. As for BYU, it has its own little story, but I avoided that COMPLETELY. You would know better (having experienced it), I presume (though I cannot say the recent trends seem very positive).
In high school I had a human development/physiology class (fairly open) and at some point for something I even wrote (completely un-opposed) on evolution and early man.
I don't know. A lot of people just scare the hell out of me write now.

So...she should go to school in Utah? I can't imagine that's any better.
